Lady Eagles Defeat Trojans 2-1

The first half the Lady Eagles were on the defensive for a good chunk of time, as the Trojans outshot them 8-3 in the first 45 minutes, but the Lady Eagles turned it up offensively in the second half and outshot the Trojans 9-5. 

The Trojans were awarded a PK in the 57th minute after a foul inside the box and the Trojans neatly converted the kick to take the lead. 

The Lady Eagles were able to find the equalizer in the 73rd minute when Ramone Tretin fired home a shot off a pass from Thaina Cavalcante. 

Williams was able to take the lead six minutes later after they were fouled inside the box and awarded a PK. Cavalcante converted the kick. 

Paige Carlyle made five saves in the goal for the Lady Eagles.
