The Lady Eagles struck first in the sixth minute when Ana Karenina slotted home a pass from Livvie Campbell that was across the face of the goal.
The Scots equalized in the 29th minute, and from there it was a stalemate that neither team was able to break, even with two extra ten-minute overtime periods.
The Lady Eagles finished with 15 shots and six on goal.
Paige Carlyle played 49 minutes in the goal and made three saves while allowing one goal. Thayne Leal played 61 minutes in the goal and made five saves.
