Lady Eagles Shutout By Stephens

COLUMBIA, Mo. - The Williams Baptist women's soccer team were shutout by the Stephens Stars 1-0 on Saturday afternoon.

The Stars scored in the 31st minute to take the lead, and the Lady Eagles were never able to find an equalizer.

Maryn Jones (SO/Berryville, Ark.) led the team with 7 shots and 3 on goal.

Paige Carlyle (SO/Brookland, Ark.) played the full 90 min in the net for the Lady Eagles. She made four saves and gave up one goal.
