WBU Men’s Golf Rounds Out Regular Season at Fremont Hills Classic
NIXA, Mo. (4/14/26) – The Williams Baptist University men's golf team competed in the Fremont Hills Classic hosted by Evangel at Fremont Hills Golf Club this week.
As a team, the Eagles finished eighth out of 12 teams in the event with a total team score of 921 (300-312-309).
Curren Bounds paced the squad in a tie for 20th place with a three-round total of 226 (73-78-75). Jack Pierce followed up in a tie for 23rd with a three-round card of 227 (74-75-78).
Kaleb McClain finished tied for 35th place with a score of 232 (73-83-76), Grant Wilson finished in a tie for 46th with a card of 238 (80-78-80), and Cameron Jackson rounded out the scoring with a 243 (81-81-81) in 54th place.
Ian Ellison finished tied for 29th place as an individual with a three-round score of 229 (73-75-81).
Next, the Eagles will compete in the American Midwest Conference Men's Golf Championships on April 20-21 at Cooper's Hawk Golf Club in Melbourne, Ark.
