Fish, Pierce Sweep AMC Golfer of the Week Awards

WALNUT RIDGE, Ark.  (9/22/25) – Williams Baptist University golfers Jack Pierce and Katie Fish were named American Midwest Conference Men's and Women's Golfers of the Week, the league announced Monday afternoon.

Jack Pierce was named AMC Men's Golfer of the Week after placing first in the WBU Fall Invitational.  He shot a combined score of 139 (-5) to lead Williams to its first team tournament win since the 2023 season.

On the women's side, Katie Fish led the Lady Eagles to their first team tournament win since 2023 with a two-round total of 159 (+15).  Fish won top individual honors at the tournament in her first event as an Eagle.

Pierce, Fish, and the Eagles will return to the links for the Lyon College Fall Invite on Sep. 29-30 at Eagle Mountain Golf Club in Batesville, Ark.
