WBU Golf Teams Compete at FHU Fall Invite

HENDERSON, Tenn. (10/18/23)  – The Williams Baptist University men's and women's golf teams concluded competition at the FHU Fall Invitational hosted by Freed-Hardeman University at the Henderson's Chickasaw Golf Course  on Tuesday. 

The men's golf team finished in seventh place after a two-day total of 642 (327-315). Tyler Parr led the squad and finished in a tie for 21st after finishing with a total of 158 (+14). Thibau DeLange was one stroke behind at 159 (+15), while Dawson McMaan had a total of 162 (+18). 

Carrington Reid carded a two-day total of 163 (+19), while Quinn Crosskno rounded the scoring with a 169 (+25).

In the women's tournament, Kendra Harness finished with a two round total of 163 (+19), to finish tied for 11th place. Leslie Hill turned in a total of 184, while Grace Woody carded a score of 188. 

Williams will conclude its fall schedule with a dual match against Lyon Oct. 30-31.
