22 WBU Spring Athletes Named 2024 Daktronics NAIA Scholar-Athletes

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (5/23/23) – The NAIA National office has announced the 2024 Daktronics NAIA Scholar-Athlete award winners for all spring sports.

The award is given to athletes who achieved at least a 3.5 cumulative GPA and have attended one full year at their institution.

22 athletes from Williams Baptist received the honor.  Softball led the way with 12 athletes.  Baseball followed with five.  Women's Track & Field had three athletes named to the list, and Men's & Women's Golf each had one.

Bailey Crump, Hannah Stallings, Kennedy Johnson, Krista Jones, Laila Byas, Madison Knight, Madison Wallace, Megan Petty, Naomi Boyer, Sara Pruitt, Tori Kierbach, and Victoria Corker

Baseball:

Blaine Wood, Mason Andrews, Tate Isaacs, Trae Barnes, and Tyler Jones
